Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time within the Netherlands and other EU countries is 7–14 business days. Since we work with multiple international logistics partners and suppliers, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product.

International Shipping
Our products are shipped internationally. We do our best to deliver all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Shipping to the Netherlands is free. Shipping to the European Union is €4,95.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or unforeseen logistical circumstances. However, we will always do our best to communicate any delays as clearly as possible.

Customs and Taxes
Our products are shipped internationally. Any import duties, VAT, or other customs charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.
