Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return details with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return has been accepted.

14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product has been opened solely for inspection and has not been used or worn.

If the product is defective upon receipt, the packaging may be opened and we will provide a replacement. Any defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery including clear photos of the issue.

Shoes may only be tried on indoors on a clean surface. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation in value or refuse the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within ten working days.

Our products are shipped internationally. Any import duties, VAT or other customs charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at houseofluvin@gmail.com.
